My dental visits are always so enjoyable. From the front office that greets you to the technician and then of course Doc, the entire visit makes me feel great. Great Job everyone.
Staff was excellent and they worked me in perfect time. Dr L and his assistant had everything ready when I arrived.
I was well pleased with the teeth cleaning by the dental tech. The dental techs have always done a very good job in cleaning. But I was disappointed when the upper implant was put back in. One of the screws that hold the upper implant in place was broken by over tightening. I feel the dentist should have made the effort to remove the broken screw and replace it instead of relying on Dr Letonsky to repair it on my next teeth cleaning visit.
My entire family relies on the professionals at Conroe Smiles to help us take care of our smiles. Dr. Lutonsky and the dental assistants (we all see a different one) are all personable, professional, and thorough. No one dreads going to the dentist! I feel very confident Dr. Lutonsky and all the dental assistants at Conroe Smiles will continue to do their best to assist my family with keeping our smiles healthy and bright for years to come!
From the inviting outer office-waiting area, to the wonderful and caring staff , to Dr. Portales, my experience at Conroe Smiles is always exceptional.
I enjoyed my appt with Frankie! She was very nice and gentle when she did my cleaning!! Even tho I work at a dental office whenever anyone is looking for a Conroe dentist I always recommend Conroe Smiles! The Dr's and staff are always welcoming!!
I've been going to them for over 5 years and keep going back because they are everything you'd want them to be. Knowledgable, friendly, efficient and fun. I recommend.
Dr. Portales and his professional staff make even tooth Extractions " a walk in the park , and an anticlimactic event. Today's procedure is my third in the last seven years, he and his staff are very friendly, efficient and courteous. I will continue to belong to the Conroe Smiles bunch until he extracts all my teeth!
On my visit to the dentist for my annual cleaning, I was greeted as I arrived with smiling, working hard elves. I was then greeted by my hygienist, Holly, who is the best I ever had (lol). She is always professional and really cares about her patients. She was the hardest working elf on this day. I saw other elves working very hard too. It was a busy, busy workshop.
