The girls were very professional and more than happy to help me. They tried several things to fix the issue. Then made another appointment for the doctor to look at the issue on Tuesday after.
My score is based on the wonderful customer service I received from the phone call to schedule my appointment to leaving my appointment. I appreciate Dr. James! He actually explained the pros and cons of getting the implants other than just advising I get them. I now have a better understanding and can make an informed decision. Allison was the topping on the cake! 🤗

At age 50, I had a face-first fall on concrete breaking my upper front teeth even with my gums. I had to have caps put on. My x-rays now (30 yrs later) showed I had deep cavities under the caps. An appointment was made right away. Everything went as discussed. Teeth pulled and fitted with my dentures that very day. I went back to have it fitted when the bone healed. I would recommend your clinic and staff to everyone. My smile is bigger than ever now

I have always gotten in the room fast and Dr. Tate takes time to discuss options with me. I love his assistant that always does my X -Rays and unfortunately I forget her name but she's been there from when I first started coming here and I appreciate her kindness and understanding. I am very happy with this clinic.
