This community has the most caring staff and management. They go above and Bryson’s everyday and the attention to detail is unbelievable. The Director is always available and is very involved everyday. I would highly recommend them.
We give our heart and souls everyday at Heartis. Our residents are family and we provide the best for them. Our strong programming gives provides highest quality of life and our residents have fun. I am privileged to be able to make a difference in their lives!
We have been very disappointed in the medical care that our family member has received at Heartis and we have never been able to meet the doctor on staff. It is evident that clothes do not get washed as promised, our loved one's room and bathroom never look or smell clean and the hall carpets smell strongly of urine. Housekeeping and attitudes have gone downhill along with the pride of the facility and proper care health, cleanliness and hygiene of the residents. So sad.
Their team will go above and beyond to accommodate the needs of their residents and families! I have worked in the senior living industry for 14 years and am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and dedication to their residents and families!
This place is horrible. The treatment my father received there was the worst. I would never recommend.
This place when first opened was great. Has changed hands a couple of times. Lots of turn over in staff in 2 yrs. from caregivers to front office. Staff is nice, just very understaffed. Upper management finds loop holes.
