Always a great experience! Had to cancel 3 hours prior to my appointment due to my son being in a car accident. They were very understanding and concerned about my son's well being. Did not charge me for canceling my appointment and were able to help me reschedule another day. Dr. Portales and his staff are a very professional and caring team and I appreciate all they do for my family.

I have been coming here for almost two years. I have to have extensive cleanings and the staff here is always understanding, kin and gentle. I cannot say enough about the awesome treatment you get from these folks. The Doc included.
Dr Portales and his team are GREAT! I always feel welcome and safe when I arrive at his office. And I always know that Frankie will be looking out for any discomfort and does everything she can to make sure I'm relaxed. This Dental office looks out for the patient and I appreciate that.
