RecommendedMy Dad spent the last couple of years of his life at Heartis Cleburne. We believe the staff went above and beyond to care for him, and they expressed genuine affection for him. Also, the residents kept and eye out for Dad, and made sure he participated in everything he could as he was in a slow decline. We are more than just satisfied with his care.
My mother and I came in for a tour today for my grandmother and grandfather. I do have to say I have never been in a facility that looked so beautiful and smelled great!!!. Heartis is by far the most beautiful facility that we have toured. Not only is the staff very welcoming, the marketer Priscilla was way beyond helpful and so very sweet. We walked in thinking we were going to be rushed like the other 3 places we toured. Priscilla took her time with us and was very empathetic about our family. I give heartis a 5+.
