Very clean and detailed. Beautiful furnishings with a warm home feel to it. The independent living staff are kind and friendly, making time to listen to all our questions, and in turn, provided valid responses. It’s all about communication because when you are dealing with people you’re going to face issues, no matter how awesome you are.
Residents wait up to 1 1/2 hrs for meals. My Dad's been without cable service 4 days. They keep saying we've called someone. It is expensive for poor service. Some of the staff try to help but hands seem to be tied.
The staff is wonderful. They know all the residents names and are so kind. I have a good friend who lives here and she loves it. Everyone is so nice. If you call about something they answer right away. If you can not get ahold of a resident you can call front desk and they will check on that person for you. They have trips for the residents so that they are getting out. Wonderful place.
Very poor customer service and no calling you back after numerous attempts. 2 week notice was given after our family member passed away and they took the entire months rent and will not return calls for refunding the over draft. Was told corporate would write a check back but could not tell us when the check would be issued. Their lack of communication is unacceptable.
