When hurricane Harvey flooded out my Mom’s Clear Lake area assisted living facility in August 2017 I was very relieved to get her into Heartis Clear Lake. After all Heartis Clear Lake was a spanking new, very fancy building owned and managed by a Texas based company. What could there not be to like? Logan in Fayetteville GA has been rude to my parents. Food awful like baloney sandwich for dinner this week-hot dogs-really awful food. Housekeeping is maybe once month and really the is understaffed. Everything breaks-showers do not drain. Doors don't open. Handicapped for doors never installed. Promises not kept.

I like the activities here at Heartis. I LOVE the housekeeping once a week and am glad they provide transportation to Dr appointments. The staff are helpful and friendly.
I like the personality of the staff, I love the servers in the restaurant and I like the feeling of home. I especially like all of the residents. The maintenance team, Bill and Ernest are excellent, they go overboard to help. The chef is open to suggestions.
I personally know some of the Staff, and honestly say, that she puts her Heart into taking the Best of Care, of her Seniors ! Beck's you are the Best !!
I have been to several fun events at Heartis Clear Lake. Their crawfish boil is amazing! We have a friend who lives here. She LOVES it and we do too. Lots of fun things going on and it's really beautiful. The staff are like family.
