We were thoroughly impressed. We’ve sampled the finest of restaurants in Summit County and The Hearthstone gives them all a run for their money. We had perfectly prepared scallops, Colorado lamb, Alaskan Halibut, and a fantastic Carrot 🥕 Cake dessert. Each of them was prepared in a very original, creative, unique, and delicious fashion.
