I have been living here in New Bedford at 26 S Water St for almost a year. Recently the sewage backed up into my drains, and I called at 6am to let them know there was a problem. After working a 17 hour day, I came back to excrement and sewage in my bathtubs and cannot shower. I called the “24 hour maintenance” which cannot get here. I have not been able to shower in my own apartment since waking up and working two jobs. Thank you hearthstone!
If I could give negative stars, I would. Save yourself the nightmare! Dishonest people that care more about profits than the well-being of their tenants. They will not hold up their end of the lease. Any and all repairs may or may not be done. If you're lucky enough for them to repair something, likely it won't be done right the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time. Boston awful
This realty company came in and cleared out an apt that was still mine until 8/31/24. They threw out diabetes medicine, took my property and no one knows anything. Avoid this place at all costs. They're the worst realty company around. Avoid at all costs.
We have a current rat problem that they have known about since last November now the rats are in the house and they are not responding to our phone calls!! Do NOT rent from this awful awful corporation
