Plus, the lodge has some excellent perks, like an herbal steam bath and a free daily pass to the Aspen Club and Spa. The recently renovated rooms offer stylish wood furniture and thick European down comforters. Some of the rooms have Jacuzzis, and each comes with numerous herbal salts.

POOR RESERVATION EXPERIENCE It is a nice property, walking distance to all shops, restaurants in Aspen. I was in Aspen over July 4 week, 2025. We made reservations for this property since we’re returning to Aspen over Labor Day weekend. I physically went to The HearthStone House, looked at it, and reserved two rooms for three days. Great location and somewhat dated hotel.
Delightful. Attentive, caring staff, everything you need. Great location for busses to ski areas walking in Aspen.
Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and the staff was very helpful. The location allowed us to walk to all the venues and restaurants on our list.
Can’t say enough about how incredible this place is.
