The guys at Hearthsmart are extremely professional and courteous. When they were done it looked like a completely new fireplace! We were literally amazed! Well below what we thought a service fee would be cost wise. Also went above and beyond to be sure everything around the fireplace stayed clean. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will be calling for future service! Thanks guys!

Very professional and knowledgeable! I called b/c my fireplace wasn’t working. Dan asked a few questions and offered a suggestion on how to get it working again! The over the phone suggestion worked, instead of just setting up an appointment (at $). I appreciate the honesty and gives you faith there are good honest people out there not wanting to rip you off!
Rarely do you ever say that you underpaid for a service. I spoke with Dan and he listened to all of my concerns and found a variety of issues with my fireplace (incorrect installation, faulty installation, cleanup, etc.). The cost was extremely reasonable and after repairing logs, cleaning my glass, reinstalling a safety connection, paint, etc. I cannot say enough. Great Value! Great Service! I am so pleased with the service, very reasonably priced, everything is working wonderful, we are able to use our fireplaces that had been dormant for about 15 years. I feel like we have a new home!! Thanks so much!!
