Mike found a huge problem with a leak that bigger HVAC company missed twice. Great professional service.
Our gas fireplace went out and I could not get the pilot restarted, so I did a Google search and found HearthSmart. I called and spoke to Dan (now operating as Speck Gas Fireplace) who suggested a cleaning and tune up since the fireplace had not been serviced for a long time. Very Professional. Used furniture pad to keep entire floor protected. Cleaned entire fireplace, shop vacuumed all and found bad pilot. They had one on truck. Entire service and repair only 1.5 hours.

My experience with HearthSmart was great. I had an issue with my gas fire place & my original installer no longer serviced them. I found Hearth Smart on line & their reviews looked positive so I thought I would take a chance with them. I made a great choice. Dan arrived on time. Michael was fantastic, in and right to work, I thought my see-through gas fireplace needed repaired, it only needed a good cleaning and that is what it got. He did the same to my gas Pedestal stove and even installed a new spark ignitor. The service was GREAT! We will use them again.
My gas fireplace wouldn't start so I went to the phone book and decided to use Hearthsmart because their ad said they were NFI Certified, Insured, had been in business 30+ years, and serviced all major brands. Wow! Am I glad I selected Hearthsmart. Turns out the fireplace wouldn't start because the double A batteries in the remote control unit in the wall were leaking.
