I’d like to give a shout out to all the staff here at Hearthside but a special one to Jahleyka our Leasing Specialist. We had a terrific Thanksgiving luncheon yesterday with all the staff serving. Jahleyke showed extra care and concern for one of our older residents. I think her kindness was noted and appreciated.
I moved in in 2016 and could not be happier living here. The entire staff is professional, caring and responsive. Our new manager, September, listens to requests and acts on them immediately. She will let you know the status of each request. Maintenance responds quickly too - thank you to Dwayne! The common areas are spotless thanks to Kat! I recently relocated my parents from their home of 50+ years to this community. The process of applying and signing the lease was seamless — Bionca and Tiffany were wonderful to work with. I look forward to seeing my parents become an active part of this engaged community. Their apartment was in pristine condition upon taking possession and every detail was taken into consideration.
