My air conditioning broke over the holiday weekend and I reported it on the website. On Tuesday morning after the holiday September had Dwayne the head maintenance guy come to my apartment and he diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary part. The part came yesterday and Dwayne who was very knowledgeable put it in and I am now back in business with my AC. I couldn't be happier with him.
