Located close to Windsor Lake, Hearth's is a hipster pub and a pizzeria. Owned by Jason Shaeffer, Justin Miner and James Gurley, the place opened up in 2015 and offers arguably the best pizzas in the city plus a staggering 18 beers on tap. They are established in a 19th-century building and features beautiful lake and mountain views. The place has also been awarded the Dinner's Choice award of 2015 by Open Table. Making reservations is advisable.

Amazing food. Especially the hamburgers with bacon jam.
We have gone multiple times but I guess I’ve never rated! We’ve recently had Paige as our server and she was incredible! My husband and I went for Happy Hour and it was the perfect date night in. Everything was delicious as always and we had such a great view by the window (it was raining this day). Our reservations are always honored and we are always seated promptly. We will continue to visit here!
There is almost nowhere in Northern Colorado where you can get really good pub fare. Hearth is not fancy, but the food is very well-made, there an excellent happy hour. Great price for the quality. Drinks are solid. We received good service as well. We will be back often.
The food was pretty good. It was a little salty for me, but that could just be a personal preference. Service was OK until I needed more tea and waited and waited... finally drank my husband's water. My major objection was the price. Things were pretty expensive for a more casual place.
Had a great dinner at the Hearth. I never said that in the past but it the last year it has seriously improved! Food was prepared well and good. The staff was friendly. I will make a point of coming back
