I bought and paid cash for a insert in April. The delivery to the house took months. Three trips to install. June noticed no blower. I had to produce receipt they didn’t believe I paid for a blower. In October insert finally installed where I could have a fire. Still no blower. Emailed expecting mid December. A bunch of liars blaming everything on Covid.

Never returned my calls or emails. Several people not wearing masks in store. They had several light fixtures we were looking for — will definitely go elsewhere. On 1-5 scale definitely a -1. Customer service lacking completely.

Brand new mailbox had a crack in the door that caused it to snap. When I tried to purchase new door they told me that they don't sell parts. I'd need to buy an entire new mailbox. Yeah, no thanks. If I'm going to be forced to buy a new mailbox when all I need is a door, I'll spend the money with a business that actually has a clue how to serve their customers. Additionally, the mailbox is made of cheap aluminum. Two other neighbors, all of which are new homes, have had boxes break as well.

Called 3 times in 24 hours asking for a call back so I can have something repaired... no call backs and each person continues to act like I’m bothering them and they each have a different story regarding the repair.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a gas log set from them and called to schedule service. They never returned my call.

Zero stars. Their customer service is worse than a case of the clap. Our log set they installed has never worked properly. The pilot light will not even stay lit. One would think at 1k plus for a log set they would make sure the damn thing works. They were supposed to be here Thursday to work on it, no show, not even a call. Frick them. It’s coming out and I’m getting a refund. They have had a several chances to make it right.

Worst company I have ever done business with. no one returns calls or emails unless you send several. first install had a gas leak and failed to install the blower I paid for. 2nd fireplace took forever to get. forgot to order it, then lost my phone number. installer didn't call me. lots of false promises if you get a hold of someone. I get angry writing the review so I will leave it at that. I'm assuming they only care about builders or people with a higher volume of business.
