We had our kitchen redone by Hearth Cabinets and More. The kitchen came out wonderful, they did a great job. I Highly recommend them.
We have bought 3 fireplaces from them over 10 years (gas for basement; wood burning for living room; and now a gas for living room). Each experience was a great one with the same friendly and professional staff. Joe & Howard are great. I would recommend them to anyone in the CNY area.
Chris was great! Very helpful and creative with her design. I loved what she drew up for us!
If you call this company to work on your fireplace it will take them 30 days to get to you. This is the second year in a row dealing with this. If you heat your house with your fireplace and it breaks, plan on being cold for a month before they fix it. I bought two fireplaces for about $5,000 in 2012 so I know. They care about sales but do not have a service staff to back up their volume.....❌
