They say they keep everything in stock, but when I placed an order for an interior kit some of the items went on backorder. That was over 1.5 years ago. At one point they said they would send me a refund, but they never did. I would not order from them again.
Never purchase again, part did not work. Purchased steer column, it was put together wrong, gear rack. Ignition switch was wrong one. I paid core, can never get anyone to pickup phone.
Tried to purchase items with a credit card . Probably ten times kept declining my card ? So I said screw it and purchased else where . Same card for twenty years . Screw em !!
Not impressed at all. Ordered items 2 weeks ago, shipment to the UK. First shipment apparently goes missing…. Second shipment just sits with the courier, no movement, and Heartbeat fail time and time again to answer any emails or provide updates!! Refund requested ….. Big mistake as I’m restoring a 68 Camaro and was about to order $3k of parts!!! I’ll be going elsewhere!!!
