Terrible place, supper busy. Seemed everybody had the same appointment time, long wait. Then Dr W or V can't remember was late 25 min. Then rushed thru the visit, was out in 8 mins, no eye contact, just kept talking to computer for notes. Staff seemed rude, possibly because of the volume of people, very stressful , got home with headache. Oh yeah parking is also terrible, don't recommend this place
I had a great experience here, from start to finish. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. The doctor I saw did not rush the appointment. I didn't feel like just a number. I appreciated the advice the doctor gave me, and being respectfully honest. This place is clean, and handi-cap accessible. The whole staff make an excellent team. I'd come here just to hang out! It's a calm environment.
You guys need to tell the truth. Lying that “everything looks normal” can not only cause additional damages, you are putting peoples lives at risk of dying from a sudden heart attack. Your offices can face some serious lawsuits over this. Tell the truth. You have all the technology, experts, and medicine, to help everyone with their heart failure. If EKG results are not accurate, why do you say “everything is normal??”
Why don’t they ever answer the phone? smh
