This place doesn't seem to be open any more. I've tried calling their ph#. It rings and rings, never goes to voice mail. I've emailed their email address on their web site. No reply. I filled out their their web form asking for contact. It gives me a page after that makes it questionable if the web form is going through. I've done these steps multiple times. Wonderful staff, very helpful and knowledgeable, been going there for almost ten years. Been very pleased with the results, I recommend it to anyone.

I cannot say enough about how life changing Dr.Jacobs and Heart and Vitality are to me.
