Got a referral to see them, turns out chest pain unrelated to my heart. They insisted on doing a follow up. The follow up consisted of waiting in the office for half an hour, for a follow up that consisted of basically just being asked the if my heart was doing ok (yeah it's fine, that's what we already established). Dr.Anis literally saved my life when I had a heart attack. His office sets the bar high for any doctor I've visited, and are doctors and staff I can trust.
I was supposed to be prescribed blood pressure medicine on Monday by Wednesday my pharmacists has not received the medication. When I spoke with William at the receptionists desk it was literally the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. He said he didnt see anything in my file and automatically forwarded me to a voicemail with NO INSTRUCTION and no notice. Dr Anis is the epitome of what I look for in a Cardiologist. He's very intelligent and kind. I feel that my heart health is his number one concern. Also, his staff is well trained and courteous to my needs. He's # 1 in my book!!!
