I am always able to reach someone by phone. Everyone in the office have been professional and kind. I have Hope for the first time in a long time.
I have struggled with severe swelling in one of my legs for years. At one point, it was nearly three times the size of my other leg. After being seen at Heart Vascular and Leg Center, I was prescribed medication, and in just one week, the improvement has been incredible. My leg already looks so much better. The office has also been amazing about getting my testing approved quickly, which has made the whole process much less stressful. Dr kumar is an amazing doctor who is willing to take the time to call you personally.
Dr. Kamar ruined my bag. They did a surgical procedure without my authorization. I thought I was coming in there to get veins. Removed from my skin, visible veins and found out it was something different. When they started the procedure, I'm not happy with that facility at all. They did not correct the problem by blocking the vein. In my inner thigh, things got worse. And when I had the opportunity to seek legal advice the statue of limitation ran out I would not ever go back there again That caused me a lot of problems
I can never contact anybody at this doctor's office. Nobody ever answers the phone I tried every day throughout the day for a week and never got in touch with anybody at that office , and not just once it's happened a few times , for me it's just unacceptable, I've never experienced anything like this with any doctors I've ever been to. Anytime that I have been there I've never seen the girls so busy that they couldn't answer the phone.
