Heart to Home had my Mom feeling at home very quickly after arriving. While several other highly rated facilities struggled to provide a portion of their promised service; H2H exceeded the families expectations and provided an environment where my mother was happy.
We have had my mother in law at Heart to Home, at Mendakota Manor, for almost a year now, and it is a wonderful, warm, caring place. The staff are absolutely superb, and their attention to the myriad details of meals, drinks, snacks, fun, decorations, crafts, music, friendly conversation, and residents’ medical and hygiene needs are fantastic! We are so grateful for Heart to Home.
