My father (Pops) recently passed away and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all that the staff did for him, and for us. They took my late night calls when I panicked. They showed us kindness and concern through the whole process. He was homed at my house and every step had me in a ball of stress. I recently switched my grandma to Heart to Heart from another hospice company. I am not going to name bash but I will say it is the best decision for my family. Heart to Heart has been beyond supportive and understanding of my grandma’s needs. From the CNA’s to the DR., the social worker, just wow! The entire team is open to understanding grandma’s and our needs, everyone including the nurses have been a blessing. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Heart to Heart for all of your efforts and support in a difficult time.
