Heart to Heart Hospice has amazing people working there. I don’t know how they do what they do day in and day out! We are so blessed to have an agency like this! They are all dedicated to their patients and grow to love them. I heard that some of the nurses even bring Bath & Body works lotions to use on their patients. They treat them with dignity and love!
