I'm writing this while my grandmother is still alive and doing well. Heart 2 Heart, in our last 3 months of being with them, has been a massive help for us both. Prior, grandmother was refusing hospice at home besides just me taking care of her.. for years.. she finally agreed to it end of 2024. This is by far the most important review I have ever left in my life . I’m so greatful and even more blessed to have found heart to heart . The name says it all. They very much care for giving your loved one the care they need for their ending days . As hard as it sounds it’s the truth . I’m blessed that in a short time they gave my dad above and beyond care . Heart to Heart was so helpful to me and my family during the last days of my Aunts life here on earth. Heart to Heart looked in on my aunt every day and kept me up to date from a far when I couldn’t be there every day. They were my eyes and ears when I couldn’t be! They don’t know how helpful to me that they were! Thank you all so much Jennifer and Jim for all y’all did!!! 😘
We had a terrible experience with Heart to Heart, and I could never recommend them. My mom’s first and last night under their “care” resulted in her death because they did not “admit” her in order to provide the initial visit by a nurse or anyone at all to give her the proper comfort care but left it to the family to figure out. My mom died as soon as she left the ICU and went into the care of Heart to Heart Hospice. The memories of her last day gave my entire family PTSD due to their negligence.
