I love the care that my mother Ruth Buchanan’s aide Kelli has cared for my mom. . She is so good with my mom. She is very attentive and my mother doesn’t want anyone else to shower her. She’s gentle with mom and truly cares. She seems like family. We’ve had a rough start with nurses but now we have Marsha and she seems to have a big heart like Kelli. So I’m beyond pleased with our experience!
We loved our experience with Heart to Heart, they went as far as attending my Nana’s funeral. She always expressed how much she loved the people who were caring for her and they were like family to her. As a family member, that’s all you can ever ask for. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a hospice service.
My Mom has been on Heart to Heart Hospice for close to a month. She has received excellent care. Amanda, our nurse is to be commended for perfect care. She is the absolute best. So very grateful for Heart to Heart and Amanda!!!! Best care ever!
This hospice care was horrible! Left me alone to deal with major issues while my husband was dying, did not even care for my wishes at all and once my husband died I have not even heard a word from them! Would not recommend this hospice at all
