We used this company for my grandmother. It was the worse experience I could ever imagine. I work with hospice companies all the time at work and I’ve never saw a company with such a lack of empathy. The nurse spent her time in the break room as my grandmother was laying there preactive. There was no complete care package of meds or anything in place. My family owns an assisted living home for the elderly. We exclusively use this hospice company. The staff is caring, easy to work with, and they go above & beyond what you would expect from hospice care. We love our team- from the aids, to the nurses, to the social workers; they are amazing! I've personally used Heart to Heart for 2 of my own grandparents and the staff was amazing. I cannot say enough about this company.
We had Heart to Heart 2 years ago for my Mother-in-law. She received excellent care. We called them for my Dad in March. I would NOT recommend this company. I had to call the care team 2 nights in a row as Dad was in pain. Their job is to make the patient as comfortable as possible. It was awful to watch my Dad struggle. After regular business hours we waited for hours for medication, and a nurse to evaluate Dad's condition. When I tried to call his nurse, her mailbox was full. I couldn't leave a message!! I am a caregiver and I would recommend Heart to Heart 100 times over. Every single person I have ever encountered has been absolutely wonderful. They are caring, compassionate, thorough, and loads of information. Everyone from the office, nursing, aides, caseworkers, even driver for the medications have been absolutely wonderful. Thank you!!!!!
My wife is a patient. They are all very helpful and caring. Chelsea always took time to show how much she cared.
