I was a patient of Dr. Betenskys who was a good doctor but his PA Keith lied to me and is very unprofessional and arrogant and his nurse Karen also threatened me that she would not give me my medication if I didn’t give her a date for my ablation due to my work schedule, and Was extremely unprofessional and rude. I will be reporting both of them. It’s a real shame because the Dr is a good Doctor.
