I have been seeing Kristen, the owner, for over six years. She has helped me through two pregnancies a sprained back and ankle troubles. Not only is she a fantastic masseuse, but she is an exceptional person and business owner. I love referring people to Heart and Sole, and I could not recommend them more.
I just received the BEST Swedish/Relaxation Massage I've had in years by Lizzy, our amazing new therapist. I don't usually relax enough to fall asleep, but, in Lizzy's capable hands, I did! And I loosened up so much that I had to adjust my rear view mirror when I returned to my car. Wow!

I just finished my third visit and this place is absolutely worth your time and money. The facilities are nice and very clean, the staff are professional and friendly, and the massage services are excellent. I have been worked on by the wonderful Natlada multiple times now; if you are looking for a high quality deep tissue massage, she is your woman! Thank you so much to Natlada and the Heart and Sole staff for providing such a relaxed and healing environment!
