Negative stars. They are the worst at caring for the properties. They are extremely dirty and moldy. Most other management companies are better. It’s hard to notice at first because of how they touch up the inside but one can notice how the manage the outside of the properties. I have a list of just about every kind of detail needing attention. Gates, locks, steps, washers, mold, mailbox, screen door, windows, walls, and trash cans.
The worst. Mold infestation upon move in. They fight us and only offer to barely terminate the lease. 80% of possessions lost and I’ve been trying to find a place to live for my newborn and 2 year old who are extremely sick because of it. They basically only called to argue with me. They won’t put me in contact with the owner. There’s nothing about care about the them. They manage their assets but they don’t care about you a bit.
Should have read the reviews first, disorganized company. Received texts from different numbers, unprofessional receptionist and leasing department. Do not even waste your time trying.
