First off let me say they are unprofessional. The fact that i had to keep reaching out for a follow up on my application for 2 1/2 weeks is insane. That should’ve been a sign to withdraw my app. Instead of an agent giving you a call on missing docs or giving exact details needed for application, They generated automated text that ask you for the same information after providing it. Im 8 months pregnant and they had me thinking I was the only applicant as they told me. I got up early every day to get all the paperwork they needed and asked for updates 3 weeks in a row and paid 120 for each application. They told me it was OK to use my mom 704 credit just to turn around and say no it was my credit. When they clearly said I was ok using my mom' as co-applicant.
