Great Experience! – Wow, I have read some of these reviews and I am shocked. My family had a big move to plan, and these guys really made it simple. We thought the pricing was completely fair, and all of our furniture and belongings arrived in in the same condition as when they left. The guys were friendly and honest. We will use them again.
WORST EVER! – If you want your things undamaged, or for that matter if you want all of your belongings DO NOT hire these destructive thieves. Bonded and insured? HA! They won't even file an insurance claim, much less pay for damages. If you have a problem with these movers you will have to sue.

We moved this lady out of a storage unit with a dirt floor to west Texas she did not want to pay so she stopped paymnet on her check. Come to find out she didnt have money in her account so this is a felony. The police where notified and she sent a cashiers check right away.
Great People, Hard Working, Honest – I have used these guys several times... A move from Houston, then moving into my new house here in Austin, and even to move some cedar decking that I ordered online and was sent to the loading docks near the airport (They saved me $500 on that deal, by paying them instead of curbside delivery from the decking company). Great company! – I'm glad I didn't read the last two reviews before booking my move with Heart of Texas because I had a great experience with them. Not only was the hourly rate better than other companies I talked to, but they actually beat their time estimate by half an hour, saving me money! And as far as customer service goes, I was actually 20 minutes late to the walk-through with the sales rep and he waited. Dont give your credit card, and don't sign anything blank – I read some of the other reviews and find that this company consistently overcharges. In my case the final bill was more than twice the estimate. My bill wasn't that big but I was quoted $164 and since I was a referral (from someone who had not used the service yet and has cancelled after hearing of my experience) they said they wouldn't charge the fuel charge. the worst moving company in austin – First of all these people where horrible movers. They were late to begin with, secondly they under estimated the weight of my move. They didnt have enough room on the truck. They damaged my furniture and didnt try to repair it. They sent diffrent guys the second time around who didnt even know how to put my bed back together. overall horrible movers... I recommend no one to use these people. Thats why there prices are so cheap... You pay for what you get

Great People/Great Move – I recently had a long-distance move from Austin, Texas, to Athens, Texas, and could not be more satisfied. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and help ease my fears...especially when it came to moving my piano. I highly recommend Heart of Texas. Not only did the move go smoothly (with nothing damaged), but their price was very reasonable.
Overall good work but needs some polishing – In general my experience with Heart of Texas Moving was ok, a 3 on the 1-to-5 scale this website presents. Paul appears to run the outfit and showed up to give me a quote albeit about 20-30 minutes late. This was a problem and worthy of mention because I was taking time from work to meet him and he knew that, yet he was late. So factor that in. TERRIBLE MOVERS, DONT USE> DISHONEST & DESTRUCTIVE! – I highly suggest you find someone else to move you. These guys are all a group of friends who seem to not care what they damage or who they inconvenience. They overcharged me and they ruined some of my items and so far they have not accepted responsibility for it. They arrived 1 hour late and the ramp to their truck was broken and they did not have tools to take items apart as promised. For their downfalls, they charged me.
