This company is not even worthy of ONE star. I can't begin to tell you how unprofessional and unresponsive this company is. I sold a antique piano and the buyer hired Heart of Texas Moving because they claim to have experience moving pianos. First off, they arrived four hours late for the move. Austins Best – When reading reviews remeber the BBB is the only company that researches who wrote the review and if it is real. Most moving companys have 10 reviews posted on the same day... not real.
PLEASE READ BEFORE USING!!! After all... 40% of us all can't all be wrong! Just filed a complaint with the BBB. These guys will show up and double their bid and slide up the bid rate! Julio and Gilbert arrived and before even stepping foot inside my house they estimated that the move would double from 6hrs to 12hrs. Our verbally agreed rate was $140/hr for a 3 man crew. Deceitful and Malicious Management! Avoid! – Heart of Texas Moving is unprofessional and dishonest. I hired them in October 2010 to move my 3000 square foot home and they were not able to complete the job with the trucks they brought, broke many of my items, sent a sick man to lead the job, encouraged me to buy replacement value insurance which I did and then refuse to pay damages. Best moving company in Austin – I have used 2 other moving in the past and Heart of Tx was by far the best, I was given a quote of 4 hrs and they did the job in 3.5 saving me money. I will defently use them again.
Very professional, moved us twice – I am a family man, it was obvious our movers were too, taking extra care to ensure our children and their belongings were respected, knowing it must have been touch on them to relocate.
Unbelievably unprofessional - beware! – I, too, was ripped off by this company. Over the phone, Marshall agreed to move our piano up one flight of stairs for $100 - a seemingly great deal, so we booked the appt. They didn't show up the day that we originally booked. This is an out right lie. Her mother agreed before and signed the contract. We offered to move the piano to a downstairs room for the quoted price but her mother wanted the piano upstaires so she agreed to pay the extra. Several days later I received a called claiming a bait and switch by someone claiming to be the daughter, I told her the facts and she demanded her money back or she would go to bbb she did and they denied her claim for reasons I have stated. This is outright slander.
WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! – TIM THE OWNER IS A CROOK. I ECHO THE SENTIMENTS THAT THIS IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY IN TEXAS. BEWARE....

WORST MOVING COMPANY IN TEXAS – I would give this company zero stars if possible. This is the worst experience with a moving company I've ever had. An employee named Paul took my information about sizing, amount of furniture to move and location and informed me that Tim would be back in touch with me. Wow is all I can say the customer wanted a 3 bedroom home moved to Houston for $ 700 and when I told her we could not do this for that price she proceded to yell at me like me like I was her child. I refused to do business with her and this is how she reacted.
