RecommendedI really recommend this office and Dr. Privett. Any dental problem I have had they work me right in and are friendly and professional. The front ladies are great and very friendly and will let you split payment on crowns. Dr. Privett is a smart dentist and his work is top notch. I can't recommend him enough. There's a reason everybody in our area go to him because he's that amazing. 5 Stars.
Heart of Texas Dentistry is a joke! Fat lady facing wall screams at patients on the phone. Today she yelled at lady in the front. She is disgusting!!! Dentist William Privett is always an hour behind. He has his daughter working there with blue hair. That place is a joke. Hygiene people are the best. The 2 whites ladies are awesome. Don’t go there! Ask Around all will tell you he was good but no more. He is all about the money. Fire that fat big mouth old hag. She scream at me id punch her out!

RecommendedFriendly staff, awesome funny doctor that care about there patients and get you taken care of. They put you at ease and make you laugh. I use to have a fear of going to the dentist but I’m so glad I came here. Only place I know of that will get you in if your having any problems or pain right away. 5 stars and recommend them to everyone
I hate a dentist that ignores a patient for OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF. You can obviously tell certain patients get preferential treatment. An older gentleman comes in and they bend over backwards to take care of him. My mom left with a bloody mouth and the front desk ignores that and goes oh well. Speaking with Privett he clearly states that he FORGOT MY MOM and I told him what the staff stated and he goes oh your wrong my staff didn’t say oh well but they clearly did. Please be aware and do your research before going here.

RecommendedJust established care today & it was such a wonderful experience. I moved to BCS area almost 2 years ago & had been searching for a dentist for some time. So thankful I found him. Dr Privett truly cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond. :) Very nice office.
