Fearing that my furry friend and working companion, may have a heart condition was a scary experience, and Dr. Atkinson and her team knew it. I am a former veterinary technician and currently own my dog training business, Helping Paws Northwest. I was highly impressed by everybody's compassion, and professionalism. I was highly surprised to see how they cared about my dog' stress level and did their best to ensure that my dog's experience was a good one, giving him treats and lots of love. I simply LOVED it!
When I was told about Top Cat's condition it seemed so hopeless...until we went to Heart of Oregon. Dr. Atkinson, Allison, Ilea, Debra were there to greet us with all of their hearts. They have so much compassion for you and your pet when you really need help and answers. Everything is explained and you are with your pet most of the time you are there. The amount of care and concern is overwhelming. They are wonderful people and we were very blessed to have been in their care.

Dr. Atkinson and staff are professional and comfortable to consult with. Explanations and estimates are clear and concise. Home care suggestions and copies of written reports, X-rays and echocardiogram are readily available. The exam and test fees are reasonable considering the care plan and education received today for my whippet dog with CHF.
Heart of Oregon Cardiology Vet is absolutely amazing! Dr. Atkinson is so competent and compassionate. She explains everthing throughly and is patient with the many questions. Jessica and Debra are very helpful as well. I appreciate all their help making decisions during this difficult time wirh Luna. I cannot recommend or thank this staff enough for all they do!!!
