The sheer level of incompetence on display at this office is astounding. Dr Maureen Odemena is hands down, by far the worst Doctor I have ever seen in my entire life and instead of working with you towards treating your problems, will instead send you on endless wild goose chases, constantly shifting goalposts and siphoning money out your wallet while she does it. Showed up to my appointment, just for them to tell me they didn't have me on their schedule for what I needed. Which was the whole point of the appointment. So I needed to reschedule. First and last time at this location! Been with Heart of Ohio for years and never had this issue. Very disheartening.
My mom had a appointment last week to refill her medicine. We did verify with doctors few times to make sure he send the refill request to pharmacy.. after I came back from pcp visit and went to pharmacy, pharmacist says the dea no was missing and I try to follow with the facility few times and even pharmacy technician as well. They are tired that that are not taking seriously about their parents and theirs medication.. the doctor didn't complete his duties at once and took lots of time to fix the same issue..
I love this location. The receptionists are very professional, respectful of patients and kind. The medical attention I recevie from the medical assistants and physician shows their exceptional skills and expertise. My only disappointment is when CNP Benedicta Banahene left.
