on 06/10/2026 I had my first appointment at the health facility as a new patient and a new resident of Ohio state. Apparently I hadn't seen the Dr for a year. Mostly because I had 4 surgeries shortly after I saw him. He did not take a blood or urine sample to check on anything that might be going on at my age. Not sure if blood or urine are a yearly check but I didn't have it. Don't feel comfortable with no checking since three of my surgeries were because of me having kidney problems.
