Worst experience of our life with this company !
My dad had terminal cancer recently and we had hospice support to a minimum due to us wanting to be there and help with our father in his final days. We did need help though and we got sent a very good person. Our hospice nurse was Jasmine and she was the best, not only because of her help, but because of her listening and always being there even when she wasn’t on the clock, she would assist me . Please be very careful. I requested a UTI test for weeks as soon as my Dad was placed in Hospice. Because he wasnt presenting symptoms the Nurse told me they wouldn't order it. Weeks went by until he was so sick I brought him to the hospital myself. He had a severe UTI that turned into a really bad blood infection. He almost went sepsis. I removed him from their care! Please be vigilant with this company. Poor communication and a lot of miscommunication on their part.
