Please be very careful. I requested a UTI test for weeks as soon as my Dad was placed in Hospice. Because he wasnt presenting symptoms the Nurse told me they wouldn't order it. Weeks went by until he was so sick I brought him to the hospital myself. He had a severe UTI that turned into a really bad blood infection. He almost went sepsis. I removed him from their care! Please be vigilant with this company. Poor communication and a lot of miscommunication on their part.
They are take care of two of my dear friends at this at this time. Their nurses are very caring and professional. We love the chaplain who visits and the aids who help with baths and other personal needs are also caring and helpful. I highly recommend this group.
