Heart of Hospice is a wonderful place and they do all they can to care for their patients.
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Heart of Hospice in Monroe, LA was so devastating that I feel morally obligated to share it. One star is the lowest rating I can give, but even that feels far too generous for the pain and trauma they caused during my mother’s final hours.
