The staff at Heart of Hearing was excellent. Heather listened to our concerns and gave us valuable information and recommendations for our next step.
Very easy to find office and wonderful doctor and staff. I received a lot of information and the advice to come back next year for another hearing test. Definitely recommend!
Extraordinary care. Above and beyond. Whatever it takes to make it right. Two exceptional individuals. Heather and Carrie have always been there for me. Let me just start with the fact that I live in Delaware. If I have an issue with my aids, I call the office in Melbourne, Florida. I leave a voice message. Carrie will return my call in about a day. Or if Carrie is not available Heather will give me a ring. They are a team. And they work as a team. I fill either one of them in and send my aids off UPS and they get it done. T... read more
