I interviewed many hospices before choosing Heart of Healing Hospice for my dad. From Bobbie who introduced the hospice to me, to Stacie, the Director of Nursing to Kayce his nurse everyone was so loving it and kind. The team led my family with love and kindness through my family’s hardest journey. I will be eternally grateful for them all and would recommend them to anyone going through this time.
Jen F was our hospice nurse from April 9-16,2026; and she was amazing. Stacey was the initial nurse to evaluate my dad April 8,2026. Lona L was the mgr in the office that guided me through a lot and answered many questions over the phone prior to my dad's first visit in the home from the nurses. They have a very compassionate and caring team. The only discouraging part was the cna who came to bath my dad. I cannot say enough good things about the experience that our family had with Heart of Healing. The care that they provided to my father was amazing and he felt so comfortable with them. Bobbie Boyd, the liaison for Heart of Healing Hospice has a heart of gold. I referred a family to her and I appreciate her timely, professional and compassionate response. Both her and their nurse Jen met with the family at the hospital on a Saturday. Jen’s demeanor was calm and attentive to the family. She was able to speak with the family during a very difficult time and made all the arrangements needed to transfer their loved one and admit him onto services.
