I wanted to become a patient of the practice since I will be living in the area end of December. I called my insurance made sure they are in network and they are! Great! I called to schedule an appointment and the woman that answered was very rude and so quick to get off the phone with me and not answering any of my questions. She advise me I needed to have my records transferred first before I can become a patient and hung up on me right after. Because of that I will take my business else where.
