Care from nurses and Doctor are fine, from my experience, however the Dvpt office staff is super unorganized.

We have recently (last week) undergone an administration change, started with a new on-line check-in system & a new scheduling system, new rules & policies according to the new administration, etc so it may seem unorganized but we are trying very hard. We understand the frustration & appreciate any understanding as we all learn so it will make things faster, more efficient & safer for every patient during this Covid-19 time.

Dr Andah was with us from the very beginning... I had complicated pregnancies and he was beside us every step of the way encouraging and giving us hope. He always does his best and puts your needs first. We will always be thankful to him and his wonderful staff! I could have contacted him any issues I had and he showed up and took care off me! He is truly a blessing! Thanks to him we have two beautiful boys!
i been a patient of Dr. Alkass since 2018 and had 2 surgery performed by him one was a dermoid removal and my recent one which was 3wks ago was a abdominal hysterectomy and on both he did such a great job. took very good care of me and very respectful. Hospital stay was also great. all the staff and nurses was always checking up on me. they call after you come out the hospital to make sure if you are ok. love the clinic and the heart of florida hospital.
Love this place. Everyone is friendly and helps you with anything. Answers questions and makes you feel comfortable. I’m glad I had my daughter’s care with Ferdinand and now I’m seeing Allison but Ferdinand will deliver my current baby in feb as well. I love them both. Staff is great and office is amazing ❤️
I have been going to heart of flordia Obgyn ever since I moved to flordia almost 10 yrs ago! Everyone is very friendly they are responsible about calling prescriptions in! If I need to be seen I do not have to wait weeks for a appointment which is very convenient! I absolutely love Dr Amdahl and his assistant nurse Bebe they are the best! Definitely recommend for you to check them out!
