We had hoped for a level of professionalism that, regrettably, this agency no longer seems capable of providing. Their quality of care has declined noticeably over the past several years, to the point where basic coordination with local facilities appears to be beyond their current capabilities — whether from an inability or simply a lack of interest is difficult to say.
