Heart 'n Home has been an excellent resource and has made the unexpected care and passing of my husband more tolerable in unimaginable ways. The entire team from intake, nurses and after care has been prompt, courteous, insightful and most importantly: human. The people at Heart and Home Hospice go beyond any expectations. They are kind, caring and concerned. They have so many resources and offer them to anyone who is involved with the patient, as well as the patient themselves.
