I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rebecca’s work! For the past couple of years I’ve been seeing her for massage and trager. Recently, due to some ongoing health issues, Rebecca suggested I try Reiki. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. I may even have been a little skeptical. Let me just say, it’s one of the best things ever!! I’ve never experienced such a safe, relaxing, healing energy. I’m convinced that Rebecca’s hands are magical and have already booked another session!
I had another great Trager session today with Rebecca. It wasn’t until I was in my car driving away that the feeling really hit me. Awake! I felt awake. My body was awake, my mind was clear. Trager with Rebecca is amazing!

I've been enjoying the many talents of Rebecca through swedish massage and more recently Trager for years now. Rebecca has not only improved my overall physical maintainence(calcific tendonitis in my shoulder, lower back etc) but she has also opened up my vulnerability and mind in the process. She is exceptional at the Trager method, always learning more and keeping up to date with the best ways to approach giving high quality bodywork. She provides soothing strokes that help calm the nervous system while relieving tension. Absolutely book with her if you have yet to experience her wonderful work!!
