Do not go. I am a current patient. My first visit took months to get despite a referral from the Canadian Skin Cancer Society. He looked at it for under a second and said it's just atypical. 6 months later and it has doubled in size and i now have 3 of them. I have called and emailed on multiple occasions requesting another appointment. I will be going elsewhere. No regard for patient care.

I am writing this to share a deeply concerning experience at this walk-in clinic. In the morning, in my 50s, after swimming, I felt dizzy, experienced nausea, and broke out in a heavy sweat to the point where I couldn't walk. I had to sit on a bench until I felt better, then went to your walk-in clinic to meet Dr. Sanil Gulati. Again on 2026_08_18 The care provided by the doctor here is top-notch, but the front desk management is a major drawback. The receptionist is consistently impolite, treats patients unfairly, and provides conflicting information. After experiencing this same poor behavior on nearly every visit, I’ve shared my feedback directly with the doctor and hope management addresses this issue.

I went here to get a two step TB skin test which was required for my placement at school. They wanted to charge me a $100 for it regardless of OHIP. I tried explaining to them and even showed proof of how TB tests are LEGALLY supposed to be covered by OHIP when it is required by school. They still tried charging me for it. I left immediately and went to Peel Medical Centre (4mins away from there). They did it for absolutely free.
