My experience with this clinic has not been good because of the receptionist’s behavior. The family doctor is very good, professional, and caring, but unfortunately the receptionist creates confusion by giving different answers to different people. This is not my first negative experience. Almost every visit to the clinic has left me with the same feeling due to the receptionist’s rude and unfair behavior. Because these issues have happened repeatedly, I decided to write this honest review .
I had a very disappointing experience at Heartlake Heart Centre. The staff were unprofessional and the booking system is extremely poorly managed. We had an appointment for a family doctor visit, yet we were treated as walk‑ins and ended up waiting over five hours. During that time, several other walk‑in patients who arrived after us were taken in first. This created a very uncomfortable feeling of unfair and unequal treatment. Worst receptionist Holds ur calls for no reason.
I hate to leave reviews but I have been a patient at this clinic for a year now and have had nothing but troubles and intend on leaving. The reception team are rude, impatient and don’t have good customer service. It takes forever to get through on the phone and you are often brushed off with ignorance. Emails are lost and not answered. Don’t bother booking an appointment to try to be more time efficient. I had a very bitter experience with this facility.The receptionist who picked up my call today at 10:25 am on 28th April 2026 was pretty rude over the phone. Instead of solving the problem, she was discussing my new prescription and pushing me to come to get one physically which I ordered online.
