Absolute worst patient communication I’ve ever experienced. No one picks up the phone—you are forced to deal with a useless AI assistant named "Mady" that exists solely to avoid talking to real people. My pharmacy has faxed them a refill request every day for 14 days straight, and I’ve left countless emails and voicemails with zero response. They genuinely do not care if you run out of your medication. Have some professional decency and take care of your patients.
Even 1 star is too much for them. I wish government had an opportunity to setup some guidelines for these people to behave reasonably. Including the poor staff attitude and as well as doctor.
