After my mother had a very touch-and-go procedure done at the Heart Hospital, look what they came by her room and gave her. They also explained how much she had accured during this visit and if there was someway she could pay while she was there... You've. Got. To. Be. Fucking. Kidding. Me. After she was presented with this "friendly reminder" she called me, very distressed. It took me about 20 minutes to calm her down.
