My grandmother had a procedure done at this hospital on Tuesday. All the people who performed the original procedure and the first set of after care nurses were very friendly and helpful. However the morning set of nurses were not. I'm up at the hospital to pick my grandmother up and take her home. Lately they have been going downhill fast. Cancelled appointments (5 for a total of five months wait), and they have seriously messed up my Rx(s) 3 times in the same period, forced me to come in for blood draw, and then postponed my appts for five months. What the **** is going on over there!?!?!?!?!? Nobody there seems to care anymore. :(.
You can expect top quality care here.
Clean, comfortable and friendly the minute u walk in the door. Considering why we are all there the warmth is enveloping.
