Josh was amazing! From coming on over to look at our old outdated solar water heater to installing our new gas tankless water heater. Heart is a solid, honest and really well-run business. I'm always skeptical about people coming to the house saying everything is bad and that spending a lot of money is the only way to go. Not Josh and Heart. I was so very pleased with the service I received for a persistant leak from my master shower head. The technician, Daniel Corpuz, came out on Monday, gave me an estimate on the job, and thoroughly explained the problem. He came today (Wed.) and fixed the issue No more leak!! Daniel was a nice combination of personable and professional, and seems to know his trade very well!. Thank you!
