I had a slow drain that ended up flooding my bathroom because a facet was left on accidentally. I called Heart because I had worked them previously with another home I had and had a great experience then also. Jim and his crew came out and accessed the situation and unfortunately they had to tear up my bathroom to find out what the issue was. Updaye 3/2025--Erik and Greg diagnosed and repaired a difficult problem--unit's using more and more energy. Turned out to be an incorrect part in the breaker box! Update 1/2/25--Tiji did a thorough job on our hvac system--fixed what needed fixing and explained everything clearly. He was friendly, confident, courteous, efficient, and intelligent. I couldn’t imagine a better experience than working with Taylor, Don, and Gionni. I met Taylor while at a friend’s house doing an emergency fix for a switch that blew up. I could tell that Taylor takes immense pride in his work, with an emphasis on the customer experience. Efficient, thorough, detailed, professional, accommodating, communicative. Katie was thorough and professional. She pointed out things I didn't notice before hand and provided me information on multiple options to fix the problem to see what worked best for me. My husband and I chose to use heart to install a new furnace and water heater. Taylor and his apprentice were the electritians on the job. Joel ramirez and justin anderson were the hvac technitians on the job. They were quick, professional, and friendly through the entire service. Could not recommend this company enough.
