We purchased a new hvac unit that is still not installed correctly. No internal communication. The new unit has a seasonal service plan. They always cancel the appointment. We have given up trying to work with them when all we get in return is empty promises.. 1 out of 5 stars because the unit runs. Update: Still no communication despite repeated attempts for a resolution

I will never hire Heart HVAC for any work in my home for the rest of my life. When I set up the appointment to have an under cabinet tankless RO filter connected and 3 bidet seats installed the receptionist could not tell me the plumber's hourly rate but said an estimate would be $49 and that it would be deducted if I agreed with the estimate.
