Taylor was professional, timely, explicit and thorough.
two different times someone from Heart has called when I was in the middle of something. One time I was in the middle of a doctors appointment and another time my wife had just started he Dr.s appointment. BOTH times I asked for a call back in an hour. The first time it took 4 or 5 days for the call back. I am still waiting the 2nd call back it is now 3& 1/2 days overdue. If you are so busy, send an e-mail.
Austin was very thorough in his inspection of our electrical system. He took the time to explain things in ways that we understood.
