My mother in law is followed by the heart failure team and Scott visited her today. His compassion, assessment, communication and treatment was phenomenal. She is in good hands. Thanks and God bless.
Whoever was responsible for the naming of this clinic needs to be fired. How about Heart Hope? Helpful Heart? Instead they chose incredibly negative and horrible conotation. Such unbelievably poor taste and it feels intentional. Evil stuff.
I have CHF and was told the last time I was in the hospital, I needed to go to Heart Failure Clinic and that Medicare would cover the cost. After going numerous times, I got my Medicare EOB and they had charged me a $250 bill for each visit and denied payment. I have Medicare and an F supplement that pays 100% of what medicare approves. I pay a large premium for that policy and I don't intend to pay 1 dime more. If they can't bill this so it will be covered they will eat this bill.
