Dr. Ahmar and his staff are very progressional and super friendly. I came into his office nervous and full of fear, but after a visit with him all of my questions were answered and I felt like we had a great plan. He did not rush me and was very sincere. I highly recommend his office for heart healthcare. Thank you for providing great care.
Doctors seem to care about their patients, ask the right questions, not too much hassle, easy and quick to schedule appointments. Small office but perfect for quick specialized appointments and care regarding your heart needs. Great view as you wait for your name to be called.
Listen… Dr. Wassim is that guy. The one you hope for but assume doesn’t exist in healthcare anymore. Smart as hell, thorough like he’s training for the Cardiologist Olympics, and actually likes people. His picture had that “I know what I’m doing and I’m cool about it” energy and guess what? I called due to feeling as though I was having an emergency related to heart palpitations. There was no sense of urgency, compassion or attentiveness around my concerns. There was only urgency to schedule me for several billing services yet none to address my concerns other than coconut water. I literally had to go back and ask for the labs paperwork. I can't believe I never got my prescription send to my pharmacy and it was a immediate change on a prescription. I had to call back two days to remind them. Also they don't listen to your questions. Bad patient practices.
